about Music Bridge

Building bridges through creativity & care

We are a fellowship of service-oriented musicians and teachers dedicated to alleviating structural inequities in our communities and in modern music education.
Vision

At Music Bridge, our vision is to bolster systemic capacity and support community resilience by addressing barriers and building bridges across a multi-level education system--providing meaningful economic opportunity and mentorship for diverse local teaching artists and accessible modern music curricula and trauma-informed pedagogy for youth.

Mission

Music Bridge provides access to inclusive modern music education programs, curricular resources, and professional development.
"I founded Music Bridge because I’ve seen firsthand how music can become a lifeline—especially for young people who are navigating systems that weren’t built with them in mind. As a musician, I’ve spent years experiencing how music creates connection, and as an educator and community member, I also saw how access to meaningful, modern music education is often limited to those with resources, time, or institutional support.

Music Bridge was born from a desire to close that gap and to meet young people where they already are, using music as a shared language for expression, healing, and growth.

At Music Bridge, we believe music education is not just about producing musicians—it’s about supporting whole humans. Music Bridge is my commitment to ensuring that music remains a bridge—not a barrier—to opportunity, connection, and possibility."
